Are kids free?
YES! Kids 16 & under are free to join the fun! Donations are always welcome :)
What should I bring with me?
Some seating will be available and it is recommended that you bring a folding camping chair or picnic blanket with you to relax and enjoy some great food that will be onsite.
Will there be water bowls available?
Yes, the event will provide some water bowls that will be available. You are welcome to bring your own water bowl to avoid spreading germs between pups.
Do I need to arrive early to check in?
We will be set up by 9:30am to allow for check in and to get settled before the walk starts at 10:30am. Food trucks and vendors will be available as you wait for the walk to begin.
Can I enter the dog park with my dog?
Dog park use is reserved for those who have purchased membership to Glass City Dog Parkand for the shelter dog adoption event. You are welcome to purchase a dog park membership to have use of the dog park during the event. There will be plenty of space for your pup to sniff around at Woodsdale Park, next to Glass City Dog Park.
When will we receive our dog bandana?
You will receive your dog bandana and goodie bag at check in, while supplies last. :)
Where will the walk take place?
The walk will take place at Woodsdale Park and will entail two laps around the park trail, equalling 2 kilometers.

DOG SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
- Well behaved and socialized dogs welcome. There will be a lot of space to spread out :)
- Spayed & neutered dogs will ensure the safety of all pets.
- Keep dogs on leash at all times - no long leash lines beyond 4-6 feet in length.
